SUCCESS & STABILITY PROGRAMMING

This program provides comprehensive case management services to help families who are at risk of being evicted from their homes. It helps families become more financially stable and secure safe and sustainable housing. Case managers meet with participants to identify short- and long-term goals to meet the family’s needs. We help link families to employment, housing, healthcare and mental health services, and educational support.
